The Lagos Creatives Initiative (LCI) is a skill acquisition and developmental initiative by the Lagos State Ministry of Toursim, Arts & Culture to nurture and cultivate the creative talents of Lagos residents.
Its mission is to empower Lagos Residents to enhance their skills and elevate their passions to commercially viable levels, fostering personal and professional growth.
